The 50 day celebration of the Easter Season has ended and we are now in the weeks of Ordinary Time. For Catholics, Ordinary Time is the part of the year in which Christ, the Lamb of God, walks among us and transforms our lives. This is the period from May 24th through November 28th.

Join us for Eucharistic Adoration and Confession immediatley after the Saturday 9:00AM Mass. All are welcome.
Reconciliation/Confessions are from 9:30AM to 10:30AM on Saturdays.

Sunday Coffee Social- All Sundays, 9:00AM to 10:00AM
Join us for coffee, pastries, and fellowship immediately following the 8:00AM Mass.
All are welcome to join us on the ground floor of the Parish Center.

Saint Monica Novena- Starts on Wednesday, August 19th thru Thursday, August 27th
The Saint Monica Novena is prayed for nine days, asking for the intercession of the saint who tirelessly prayed for her son, Saint Augustine, until he converted.
This novena is a source of encouragement for those praying for family members, loved ones who have left the Church, or those struggling with faith.
Saint Monica’s example reminds us that no prayer is wasted and that God hears every tear shed in love.
Catholics pray this novena starting on August 19th each of the nine days leading up to her feast day on August 27, often offering it for family healing, conversions, and patience in trials.

Brazilian Community, Women Prayer Service for Children- Wednesday, August 19th at 7:00pm
Each Wednesday at 7:00pm of the month, the women in the Brazilian community conduct a prayer service, praying for children.
This is held in the Lower Chapel.

Join us on Wednesday nights at 8:00pm of each month to pray the Rosary.

Feast of Saint Bartholomew, Apostle- Monday, August 24th
Saint Bartholomew, also known as Saint Nathaniel is one of the original Twelve Apostles who was chosen and taught by Christ.
In celebration of Saint Bartholomew, his feast day is August 24th.

She is the mother of Saint Augustine of Hippo, Bishop and Doctor of the Church.
Saint Monica prayed tirelessly for her son, Saint Augustine, to he converted.
Saint Monica’s example reminds us that no prayer is wasted and that God hears every tear shed in love.

On Thursday, August 27th at 7:00pm, we are gathering at the church.
Led by our deacons, we will gather in the Church to pray on the last day of the Saint Monica Novena.
All are welcome for an evening of Adoration, Confession, and the Liturgy of the Hours.

Religious Freedom Week- June 22nd through June 29th
Religious freedom allows the Church, and all religious communities, to live out their faith in public and to serve the good of all.
Beginning June 22, the feast of Saints Thomas More and John Fisher, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) invites Catholics to Pray, Reflect, and Act to promote religious freedom.

Freedom 250, Consecration of the Nation- Thursday, June 11th at 4:00pm
On June 11th at 4:00pm, the United States Catholic Bishops will consecrate the nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus from the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe in Orlando, Florida.
This historic event commemorates the nation's 250th anniversary in anticipation of the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 12th.

The Season of Lent is February 18th through April 1st 2026
The season of Lent is a Catholic Liturgical Season that is the forty days before Easter consisting of Fasting, Prayer, Almsgiving beginning on Ash Wednesday(February 18th) and concluding at sundown on Holy Thursday.
Lent ends when the evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday begins.

Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children- January 22nd, 2026List Item 1
Thursday, January 22nd is the annual "Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children" observed by the Catholic Church in the United States.
This day is set aside to pray for the legal protection of human life and to do penance for the violations to human dignity caused through abortion.
We are called to observe this day through prayer and penance.

Pope Saint John XXIII National Seminary is a Catholic professional and graduate theological institution dedicated uniquely to the preparation of seminarians 30 years of age and older responding to a call to priestly ministry.
Our program fosters the human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral formation of its seminarians. We especially respect and utilize the life experiences and accomplishments of our mature seminarians, as we prepare them for priestly ministry.

The Christmas Season- December 25th through January 11th
The liturgical season of Christmas begins with the vigil Masses on Christmas Eve and concludes on the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord.
During this season, we celebrate the birth of Christ into our world and into our hearts, and reflect on the gift of salvation that is born with him…including the fact that he was born to die for us.
